Where is the exhibition being held?

The exhibition is being held at the IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Centre which is within easy access of the expressway system, and convenient to reach from anywhere in Bangkok. |

What are the hours of the exhibition?

The show is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. |

Do visitors need to register to attend Defense & Security 2012? |
|
| |
All visitors must register to attend the exhibition. This can be done by pre-registering online or by completing a registration form at the entrance. By pre-registering visitors will receive their admission code in advance and avoid queues - gaining easy no-hassle entry to the event. |

How do I pre-register? |
|
| |
Visitors can do pre-register via online register or by fax. As admission to DEFENSE & SECURITY 2012 is restricted to professionals in relevant industries, you will be notified by email of the outcome of your application within 14 working days.

If I have registered for the exhibition, can I attend on more than one day?

| |
Yes, registration gives you access to the show on all four days of the event. |

Can my children visit the show with me?
|
|
| |
Sorry, DEFENSE & SECURITY 2012 is for PROFESSIONALS ONLY. The exhibition is open to international military personnel and focused on high-ranking officials from the Army, Navy, and Air force of various Asian Countries. Invitations will also be extended to Chiefs of Police, Customs, Coast Guard, the Ministry of Interior, and other government and private security organisations.
Children under 18 years will not be permitted entrance to the show. |

Business attire. No slipper and no shorts. |

May I bring my camcorder and my camera?

Unfortunately, photography is not allowed in the exhibition. |

Where do I park and how much does it cost? |
|
| |
On entry to IMPACT you will see that Parking is clearly sign-posted.
- Outdoor parking is free of charge. Please follow the signage at the venue.
- Parking fee at Challenger Halls are as follows:
First 3 hours THB 30
After first 3 hours THB 20 / hour
Shuttle bus service is provided from outdoor parking area to hall entrance. |
