What is DEFENSE & SECURITY 2019?

DEFENSE & SECURITY 2019 is a Tri-Service Asia Defense & Security Exhibition, Conference and Networking event. The 2019 show is the 9th biennial edition of the show which has grown bigger and more important every year.

When is the exhibition being held?

DEFENSE & SECURITY 2019 will take place in Bangkok from 18-21 November 2019.

Where is the exhibition being held?

The exhibition will be held at IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Center which is within easy access of the expressway system and convenient for reaching anywhere in Bangkok.

What are the hours?

The show is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do visitors need to register to attend DEFENSE & SECURITY 2019?

All visitors must register to attend the exhibition. This can be done by pre-registering online or completing a registration form at the entrance. By pre-registering, visitors will receive their admission code in advance and avoid queues - gaining easy no-hassle entry to the event.

How do I pre-register?

Visitors can pre-register online or by fax. DEFENSE & SECURITY 2019 is a trade exhibition and restricted to professionals in relevant industries. You will be notified by email regarding confirmation of your application within 14 working days.

If I pre-register online and have not received a response after 14 working days how do I check the status of my registration?

Email us at yaowalak@asiandefense.com, with the subject line: Status of Online Pre-Registration. Highlight your name, company, job title and email address used to register. We will check on the situation and get back to you as soon as possible.

If I have registered for the exhibition, can I attend on more than one day? 

Yes, registration gives you access to the show on all four days of the event.

What is the Dress Code?

All visitors must be in proper attire. People in shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip flops or sandals will not be permitted to enter.

May I bring my camcorder and camera?

Unfortunately, photography is not allowed in the exhibition.

Where do I park and how much does it cost?   

On entry to IMPACT you will see that Parking is clearly sign-posted.

  • Outdoor parking is FREE of charge. Please follow the signage.
  • Parking rates at Challenger Halls are as follows:
         o   First 3 hours: THB 30
         o   After first 3 hours: THB 20 per hour

Shuttle bus service is provided from the outdoor parking area to hall entrance.
